Contest Rules and Regulations

One draw* will be held annually. To qualify you must be 18 years of age or older. We must receive your completed survey no later than <date>. The chances of winning depend on the number of completed surveys received. The draw will be held no later than <date> in the office of Navicom Inc., Markham, Ontario. Winners will be notified by telephone no later than <date> at which time they will be required to complete a skill testing question. The <prize> will be redeemed through your Navicom Inc. / <client name> and is non-transferable. One entry per person - any duplicate entries will result in disqualification. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. This contest is not open to a) persons who are employees, representatives or agents of Navicom Inc. / <client name>, their affiliated and associated companies and b) persons in the immediate family of or domiciled with the above. Navicom Inc. / <client name> reserves the right to publish the name, and photograph of any winner. This is necessary for us to demonstrate prizes are awarded to survey respondents. Winner information may be used in Navicom Inc. / <XXXXX> advertising. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
